If you are using any search engine like Bing or Yahoo on your Mac, and want to change it with the Google search engine. Then, it is possible and very easy to change it. To use the Google search engine, you have to do some changes in the settings of your web browser. Follow these easy steps.

1. Open the Safari browser on your Mac.
2. Click on the Safari menu at the top left.
3. Click on Preferences from the drop-down menu list.
4. Click on the Search tab.
5. Click on the drop-down list of the Search engine, and select Google from the list.
6. Close the preferences window.
7. Your Safari browser will now start using the Google Search Engine.
8. If you are using Google Chrome on your Mac, then open it.
9. Click on the three vertical dots of the menu.
10. From the drop-down menu list, click on Settings.
11. Click on the Search engine menu from the left side menu list.
12. Click on the drop-down menu of the Search engine used in the address bar.
13. Select Google from the available list of search engines.
14. Close the Settings tab, and now your Google Chrome web browser will use the Google search engine on it.
