How to manage Quotes in HubSpot
In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to manage Quotes in HubSpot.
On the quotes dashboard, you can view a list of the quotes in your account. You can filter and edit your quotes from there.
Steps to follow:
1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales and then select Quotes.
2. Click a quote name to edit.
3. Here you can make changes you want.
4. Click Next.
5. Click Save to save the changes and then click Next.
6. Click Create Quote to save the quote.
7. To delete a quote click on the Actions dropdown and select delete.
8. Then, In the dialog box, click Yes, delete quote.
9. To clone a quote, click on the Actions dropdown and select clone.
10. Complete the steps to create the cloned video.
11. To make changes on a published quote, hover over the name of the quote, Click the Actions dropdown and select recall and edit.
12. In the dialog box, click Yes, recall & edit.
13. Make any updates to the quote, then click Create quote.
14. To download all quotes from your account settings.
15. Navigate to the main settings by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right.
16. In the left sidebar, click objects and then select products and quotes.
17. Click the Quotes tab and then click Download, and you will receive an email for the same.
18. To Set a default expiration period for quotes.
19. Click the dropdown menu and enter a default expiration time period.
20. Click Update.
And this is how you can manage your quotes in HubSpot.
