How to view reporting analytics for Playbooks

Curious about the effectiveness of your playbook and user engagement? Tracking your playbook's performance and engagement metrics is simple with HubSpot's reporting analytics. Learn how to analyze and optimize your playbook in just a few easy steps by watching this video.

1. Navigate to Library and then Playbooks in your HubSpot account.
2. Click on the Analyze tab located at the top.
3. Use the Total Playbook Usage and Team Adoption section at the top of the Analyze tab to view overall metrics.
4. To see the number of times users have logged or viewed playbooks, click on "User Data" on the right side.
5. In the User Data table, select a specific user to access detailed data.
Refine your search using the available filters.
6. In the center of the Analyze page, find a line graph displaying total playbook usage metrics with filters for metrics and frequency.
7. Select any playbook to access its detailed metrics at the bottom of the Analyze page.
8. Use filters to refine your search for specific insights.
