How to create sales goals in HubSpot

Learn how to create and manage sales goals in HubSpot to keep your team aligned and motivated.
1. Log in to your HubSpot account.
2. On the left panel, click on Reporting & Data, then click on Goals.
3. On the top right, click on Create Goal.
4. Choose either a template or start from scratch. For this tutorial, we'll select the “start from scratch” option.
5. Fill out the metrics under the Define Goal Panel and click Next.
6. Name the goal and assign it to either a user or a team. Then, set the duration of the goal.
7. Add the target number individually for each month or click on the “apply target” option and select a target goal for 12 months.
8. Click on Next and finalize all the steps if necessary, then click on Done.
There you go! You've successfully created your sales goals in HubSpot!
