How to share your quotes in HubSpot
In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to share your quotes in HubSpot.
In HubSpot, you can create and then share them with contacts interested in buying a product or service from their company.
Steps to follow:
1. In your HubSpot account, Navigate to sales and then select quotes.
2. Hover over the name of the quote, click on the Actions button Click Copy in the dialog box to get the quote's page URL.
3. Paste this URL in a new browser to view the quote, or send the URL to others.
4. Or you can send the quote while creating or editing the quote that’s already created.
5. Hover over and already create a quote, click on Action's, and select Recall and edit.
6. In the pop-up window click yes, recall, and edit.
7. After clicking on create quotes on the review tab.
8. Click Write an email with a quote.
9. You'll be brought to the contact's record in HubSpot, and the Email pop-up box will open automatically with a link to the quote page.
10. Lastly, you can share a quote from a contact, company, or deal record.
11. Navigate to let’s say contacts, click the name of a contact you want to send quote to.
12. In the left panel, click the Email icon email.
13. In the pop-up window, click the Quotes dropdown menu and select a quote.
14. Please note, to share a quote via email, there must be a quote created for the deal associated with that contact record.
And this is how you can share your quote via HubSpot.
