How to cancel a sent or scheduled marketing email in HubSpot
In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to cancel a sent or scheduled marketing email in HubSpot.
HubSpot allows you to cancel a scheduled email or sent an email that is still processing for a larger contact list.
Steps to follow:
1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing and then emails.
2. Locate and click the emails that you have scheduled or sent.
3. Click the Actions dropdown menu.
4. Here you are seeing Cancel the scheduled email.
5. If the email is in process of sending, you will see ‘Cancel processing’ instead of ‘cancel scheduled’.
6. Click Cancel the scheduled email.
7. In the dialog box, click Cancel processing or Cancel scheduled email to confirm you want to cancel this email.
And that’s how you can cancel the sent or scheduled email in HubSpot.
