In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to disconnect your inbox from HubSpot.
You can disconnect your personal email or team email from your HubSpot account. When disconnecting your inbox, make sure to disconnect it from HubSpot and remove the connection in your email account.
Let’s see how to do this.
First, start by removing the account from your email integration settings.
Steps to follow:
Step 1. In your HubSpot account, click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.
Step 2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to General.
Step 3. Click the Email tab.
Step 4. Hover over the personal email account and click Disable.
In the dialog box, click Yes, and disable it.
Step 5. Your email inbox will be grayed out. Select Remove to remove the inbox from your HubSpot account.
Step 6. In the dialog box, click Yes, and remove inbox.
That’s how you can disconnect your inbox from HubSpot.
