The Duplicate And Invert Mask Command In Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic
Working with complex Mask Groups in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic just got a whole lot easier. The latest update, which was released in June of 2022, includes a wonderful new Duplicate And Invert Mask command.
Before this update, if your Mask Group used more than one selection layer then you had to follow a series of complex steps to invert it. Now you can start out with a complex Mask Group, to draw attention towards the subject of your photograph, and then you can create a separate Mask Group that selects the opposite with a single click.
This new command might not sound like much but it is a huge time saver when you are working with complex Masks in Lightroom Classic.
