How to Create a Dotted Outline in Photoshop
In today's tutorial, you will learn how to create a Dotted Outline in Photoshop.
Open the photo you need in Photoshop.
Choose Selection tool from the left side bar. Select the object you need.
Click on Select at the top bar. Choose Modify – Expend from the list. Set the radius and click Ok.
Right-click on the selection and choose Make Work Path from the list. Set Tolerance to 5 pixels and click Ok.
Select Pen tool from the left side bar. Click on Shape at the top panel. Click on Path at the top panel and choose Shape from the list.
Set Fill to No fill. Click on Stroke and choose the color you need. Set the stroke size. Click on the line icon to expand the tool bar. Select the Stroke style you like or click on More Options. Adjust settings if needed and click Ok.
