How to Change Default Font in Illustrator
In today's lesson, we will teach you how to change default font in Illustrator.
Open Adobe Illustrator.
We are going to add some text first. You can see the default font is Myriad pro.
Click on Window at the top panel. Choose Type - Character Styles from the list. Click on the three lines at the top right-corner and select Character Style Options from the list.
Select Basic Character Formats from the left side bar. Click on the Font Family and choose the font you need from the list. You can also change Font style. Select the one you need from the list. Change the size of the font if needed. Adjust any other necessary settings. Click Ok.
Click on File at the top panel. Choose Save from the list. Set the path and save the file. Click Ok in the pop-up window.
