How to Creating Canvas Effect on Image in Photoshop

Open the photo you need in Photoshop.
Go to layers panel and right-click on the layer. Choose ‘Duplicate layer’ from the list. Click Ok in the pop-up window.
Click on Filter at the top panel. Choose Filter Gallery from the list. Open Texture block. Select Texturizer effect.
You have the adjustments panel on the right-side of the window. Set Texture to Canvas. Adjust Scaling and Relief settings to get the desired effect. Click ok once you’re done.
