Hi, everybody and welcome to a short video that I put together for you to show you the status page on our OneLaunch web properties.
So, first and foremost before I get into it I want to show you where it is so you can see it as I as I take you through the video. So, it's going to be hard for you to remember the status page URL but much more easier for you to remember onelaunch.com simply head to onelaunch.com and your OneLaunch Chromium browser and you're able to scroll down to the bottom of our website and underneath the product section of our footer you can see a status URL and simply click that that's going to open up status by onelaunch.com and here is where we're constantly keeping an eye and monitoring all of our web services for you to make sure that they're online up to date and ready to function perfectly for you.
So, currently all services are online we've partnered with a company that helps for this type of monitoring for web services called better uptime you can check them up if check them out if you'd like but a lot of companies use them to power their status pages. So, in our case for you as a user the most important status is that you're going to be wanting to be aware of is maybe onelaunch.com if you ever want more information on OneLaunch but specifically the support page. So, support.onelaunch.com that is a page that you want to as a user make sure is always working and functioning and they're ready to serve you. So, support.onelaunch.com absolutely is live I'm just going to show you what that's for you can find support underneath learn more you can see support.onelaunch.com is where our knowledge base is hosted so that's a really handy way just to if you for some reason find that that support page is down and you're curious is that just me or is that everybody in a problem with OneLaunch you'd be able to head to this URL status by onelaunch.com and confirm if it's up and running and it's on your end the problem or if it's down and not running that would be on our end and absolutely reach out to us at [email protected]. So, we could have that fix ready for you ASAP some of the other things here are more about our downloads from our web pages and our landing pages but I think for you as a user most important is that our website's up and running and so is our support page.
