How to fix "access is denied" error opening notepad on. You may find this error message while opening a notepad file or saving a notepad file or copying a txt file. To solve the issue, please open the notepad file as administrator as shown in the video and try to save it or open it. Hope it works. Please let us know if you have any issues.
