hibernate and fast startup missing from power options in windows 7/8/10/11 ? You can fix it easily with this simple method. Search command prompt in Windows Searchbar . Right click and run as administrator - type the following command and hit the enter key

powercfg -h off

Done! Close and re open the power options. You'll find those two options (hibernate & fast startup) there!
