unable to add printer in Windows and getting the error message "operation could not be completed. Error 0x80043c04" ? You can fix it easily. Restart your printer first then,
Right click on the start button - terminal admin - type the following two commands and hit the enter key after each.
net start spooler
printfilterpipelinesvc.exe
now you'll be able to add your printer without any issues!
