100 Day Ripped Body Trasnformation
For 90-120 per year I go through a cutting phase then set up fitness photo shoots. This stage is always one that takes an extreme amount of discipline and hard work. My schedule is insane waking at 330am each day, 2-3 workouts per day, taking time for recovery and perfect nutrition.
Many people will see this and think its not true, I have been training now for 25 years, I have owned my transformation business for over 13 years transforming 1000's of bodes in 79 countries globally. So I have a ton of experience when it comes to knowing exactly what it takes to get the body to its top level.
This level of prep is not for everyone. You have to pretty much eliminate much of your social life. I treat it similar to when I used to compete over a decade ago, with prep having a goal date scheduling everything around hitting this goal.
