✅️ My Full Workout (this my average workout, that doesn't mean you should follow it exactly. Adjust weight to your strength)

Don't neglect the muscle group that is an absolute GAMECHANGER in bringing symmetry and balance to your physique.

Today's Workout 📅

🔹️Seated Calves(Dropsets) (Soleus 🦵)
250lbs x 10 reps, 200lbs x 15 reps , 150lbs x 25 reps, 100lbs x 50 reps. Rest 2-3 minutes then repeat for 3 to 5 full sets

🔹️Standing Calves (Smith Machine Dropsets) (Gastrocnemius 🦵)
315lbs x 25 reps, 275lbs x 25 reps, 225lbs x 25 reps, 185lbs x 25 reps, 135lbs x 25 reps Rest 2-3 minutes then repeat for 3 to 5 full sets

🔹️ Toe Taps (Tibialis 🦵)-200 reps then rest 2 minutes, repeat for 3 to 5 sets. (Lift toes instead of heals

🔹️ Flexing Exercise (what I'm demonstrating in the video) 30-60 seconds each leg, no rest, back and forth for 5 total sets.
