Beware.. it's not for beginners or amateurs. Be prepared to not walk properly for days. That is how you train calves. If you are a beginner then lighten the weight and rep count to your strength and ability.

Today's Workout 📅
🔹️Seated Calves(Dropsets)
250lbs x 10 reps, 200lbs x 15 reps , 150lbs x 25 reps, 100lbs x 50 reps. Rest 2-3 minutes then repeat for 3 to 5 full sets
🔹️Standing Calves (Smith Machine Dropsets)
315lbs x 25 reps, 275lbs x 25 reps, 225lbs x 25 reps, 185lbs x 25 reps, 135lbs x 25 reps Rest 2-3 minutes then repeat for 3 to 5 full sets
🔹️ Toe Taps -200 reps then rest 2 minutes, repeat for 3 to 5 sets.
🔹️ Flexing Exercise (what I'm demonstrating in the video) 30-60 seconds each leg, no rest, back and forth for 5 total sets.
