I have simplified this for you.

You have to eat big, lift big and prioritize them. If you were not born with big calves, you have to put serious work in.

The length of your caves/insertions are genetic, but even the worst genetics doesn't limit you to not being able to get them bigger.

I personally lift heavy, do all range of motion, do high volume and train them 3 to 5 days a week.
