Calves are something I wasn't born with but 27 years of training, over 4 million reps of heavy drop sets, supersets and different angles I have built them to 19"+ at 220-225 lbs and 6 ft tall.

When you get ripped by dropping your body fat to very low places, the fat cell between the muscle and skin decreases in size, making your muscles and vascularity increase.
I have been carb cycling for a few weeks now to get the last bit of fat off my body for upcoming photoshoots, so this video was taken on a high carb day after 3 prior low carb days.
YOU WANT BIG CALVES and weren't born with them?
Key 1 - Be very patient, it takes sometimes years of hard work.
Key 2 - Treat your calves like your arms, give them their own workout day, and also mix them in on leg day. I personally train mine 3 to 5 days a week..
Key 3- Moderate heavy to heavy weight and high volume
Key 4- Eat to Grow and Sleep To Grow
Dont be a Johnny Bravo or one of those guys that comments with " CALVES ARE GENETIC" , You can build them bigger , even with garbage genetics... Don't skip calves.. they are a gamechanger for your head to toe muscle balance..
