You Not Born With Big Calves? 🦵

Well, either was I and why I built this Ig Page. I didn't have the luxury of walking around with giant cows attached to my calves.

So I had to put in serious work.. Over 2 decades of work, I have built them from 13" to over 19" and some of the Best In The World 🌎

There will be people that dont read this post and respond with " ITS ALL GENETICS"

If your genetics suck then just understand that you have serious work ahead but building bigger calves is possible if you treat them like your favorite muscle group and train them properly which is not like your other muscle groups.

What we can not change and is 100% genetic is the length of your calf. I was born with long calves but very skinny.

I wish I could tell you that building better calves was a quick process, but the reality is that if you were not born with big calves, then be prepared to put serious work in.

There is no muscle group that takes longer to build on the body.

Seated Calves( my absolute favorite exercise)- Great Soleus are gamechangers

Standing Calves- Gastrocnemius

Toe Taps- Tibialis (Google it)

Bonus Exercise - Donkey Calf Raises

A sample beginner routine 📅 (3-4 days a week)
5 sets of 25 reps of seated, standing, donkey
5 sets of 100 toe taps
