There are many methods available to track changes in Excel. The most popular one is the use of a backward-looking change tracking tool. It tracks changes made to a spreadsheet by comparing two snapshots of the same document and highlighting all the cells that have been changed. Another method is to use a forward looking change tracking tool that monitors real-time updates.

Some people may find it difficult to track changes because they don't know which one is better, but both can be equally beneficial in different situations.
