a demo of the new Compact crimp configuration of the time tested GWT line of Automated Crimping Machines: the GWT 302C. The GWT line of machines have been the industry standard for crimping machined "Mil Spec" or Arerospace wire terminals, and many of our machines have been run for millions of cycles!
Featuring selectable dual bowls (pins and sockets, usually), a remote touch screen and an incredibly narrow 5" width for easy fitment into even cramped wire processing systems, the GWT 302C is can be used as a stand alone benchtop machine or integrated into a more complex wire processing machine.
All CDSS products are proudly made in the U.S.A.: Critical parts and mechanisms are machined at our facility in Portland OR, where we also do all design, assembly, testing, and support. Our in-house machine shop enables fast turnaround on repairs and service for our customer's vital production equipment. CDSS offers remote support for setup, maintenance and troubleshooting for all the machines we build at no additional cost.
