Here is some footage of our SPXY Rod Cutting and Insertion system in action.
The Video is a demo of a late-stage prototype of our SPXY Machine custom built to insert sections of Teflon seal rod into nested connectors. The machine automatically de-spools rolls of Seal Rod material, cut sections of rod, and inserts the cut sections of rod into connectors in programmed patterns far far faster than manually cutting and inserting seal rod.

Our in-house machine shop enables fast turnaround on repairs and service for our customer's vital production equipment.
