So how do you straighten your posture and stop walking like a slouching dog? Without doctors and money with one exercise.
Stand with your back 20 centimeters from the wall and lean your soft buttocks against it first. Then chain your lower back, your upper back, the back of your head and finally your elbowed arms.
Yeah, it's too fucking hard. I'm gonna go drink a beer at the bar. So walk like a slouching dog and keep on walking.
In short, all these parts should be as tight to the wall as possible, especially the lower back.
Next, bring your paws up and down the wall, slowly, holding your body position the whole time. It will most likely only work out this way at first. That's okay, just keep going.
