Is it possible to build muscle with your own weight?
Is it possible to build muscle with your own weight?
And I declare that it is possible to gain weight very well. And if I'm suddenly unclear in any way, yes, you can. Training with your own weight is incredibly difficult, because you can vary the load infinitely. So you do 20 pull-ups and you think, "Well, that's it, I guess the muscles won't grow any further. But start doing pull-ups on one arm. Push-ups and squats in the same way, changing the load one way, then the other. And if you think that's easy too, do one-arm pull-ups 10 times.
Or do 50 push-ups on one arm. Even one push-up on one arm, but straight, without spreading your legs. And there are such exercises as muscle ups, front lever. There are a lot of exercises. Hence we conclude that you still have not built muscles not because you do not have the opportunity to go to the gym, but because you are a lazy ass and always looking for excuses.
