You are still torturing your abs with endless crunches, leg lifts, but your abs are still not growing. You've tried all the exercises. Let me show you a much more effective abs exercise. Crunches is not a bad exercise, it's just not as effective. When we curl, there's a load on the abs, but when we go down and stretch the muscles, there's no load on the abs. It's the same thing as doing biceps this way.
It's exactly the same story in this exercise and even in that exercise. As far as all the latest research goes, training a muscle where the stretched position is loaded gives much more muscle growth than training a muscle in a contracted position. Take a fitness ball, put it under your lower back, tuck your legs into, for example, any exercise machine that fits your size, keep your weight near your forehead and do a curl. In this exercise, the load on the abs is constant both in the stretched and in the reduced position. And the effectiveness will be many times higher than the usual crunches. If you have half a ball, you can do this exercise even on the floor.
