You know, many people do cardio workouts and hope that here and now they will spend a lot of calories and lose weight. But most of the time it doesn't happen that way. First of all, you spend incredibly few calories in the here and now. You have to do burpees all day, HIIT workouts to work off the two hamburgers you ate at McDonald's. Secondly, you're losing weight in your sleep when the organism builds, regenerates and carries out plastic processes of various kinds. But this is a separate topic for the video. Today in general not about this. I would like to share a variant of cardio - training, which in my opinion is a head above all other options and analogs. All other workouts can be considered as just functional training, development of the muscules, so that you were strong, healthy, strong, plastic, but cardio and fat-burning I believe that you need to do only in this way, like in this video later and not otherwise. So what is our challenge here.
The thing is that we have not only subcutaneous fat, which we purposefully always try to burn. There is also intramuscular fat. It is specially there in the form of small droplets so that the efficiency of energy supply was high. So we have two depots, intramuscular and subcutaneous. During work we spend intramuscular fat, then during rest it is replenished by subcutaneous fat. That is, there is a kind of migration, pumping fat from one place to another and understanding of this mechanism allows us to build an ideal cardio - training.
