Coach Becky has one simple exercise to strengthen the KNEE!

The Box Squat is an excellent knee exercise that will emphasize strength and stability. You squat down and instead of going full depth you touch your butt to the bench or box. This is a way to actively maintain constant tension throughout the movement.

That tension will be localized to the patellar tendon area, which is the main area of focus when trying to build stronger and pain free knees.
