Burpees are know to some of the most BRUTALLY exhausting ways to exercise. It can look so simple, yet is an absolutely killer when working through a bunch of repetitions or pairing it up with a dumbbell complex.
So much so that military training programs revolve around the burpee because of how intense and grueling this movement can be. Of all the body weight exercises, the burpee stands out as one of the top dogs to adhesive physical fitness.
