How To Rotate An Image In Adobe Photoshop | CC |
This is a video tutorial on how to rotate pictures using Photoshop. I will be using Photoshop 2023 on a desktop PC for this tutorial.
Simple Steps
1. Open Photoshop.
2. Create a new file in Photoshop.
3. Select the Image layer in the layers panel.
4. Click on the "Edit" tab and choose "Free Transform".
5. Place the cursor around the edge of the image and when the cursor changes to circular arrows, hold down the left mouse button and drag up or down.
