Today I am sharing a guilt free, low fat and delicious recipe with you that is plant based.its a cheese sauce that you can use anytime or as much as you would like and not worry about it!
I purposely kept this video short and sweet so that if you like it, you can come to it as much as needed and get right to the recipe! Hope you love this one.

Nutritional Yeast

Recipe:
1 jalapeño
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1/2 an onion
2 cloves of garlic
Add the veggies to a pot. Cover with enough water to boil. Cook until tender.
In the mean time, add to your blender:
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1/4 cup nutritional yeast ( can adjust to taste)
2 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
Sprinkle of cayenne (optional)
1/2-1 tsp of salt ( to taste or omit)
juice of 2 limes (or to taste)
Once the veggies are tender add this to the blender as well along with about 1/2-3/4 cup of water (add water 1/4 cup at a time until you reach desired consistency after the initial blending)
Blend at least one minute and enjoy this guilt free cheese sauce with everything!!!
