Bread Pakora Recipe
Ingredients
For Filling:
• ½ kg boiled and mashed potatoes (آدھا کلو ابلے اور میش کیے ہوئے آلو)
• 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped (ایک درمیانے سائز کا پیاز)
• ½ cup green coriander & mint leaves, chopped (آدھا کپ ہرا دھنیا اور پودینہ)
• 2 green chilies, finely chopped (دو سبز مرچیں)
• ½ cup green chutney (آدھا کپ سبز چٹنی)
• ½ cup tomato ketchup (آدھا کپ ٹماٹو کیچپ)
• ½ teaspoon salt (آدھا چائے کا چمچ نمک)
• ½ teaspoon crushed red chili (آدھا چائے کا چمچ کُٹی ہوئی سرخ مرچ)
• 1 teaspoon dry coriander powder (ایک چائے کا چمچ خشک دھنیا پاؤڈر)
• 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder (ایک چائے کا چمچ چاٹ مصالحہ پاؤڈر)
• ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder (ایک چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ ہلدی پاؤڈر)
• 6 bread slices (چھ ڈبل روٹی کے سلائس)
For Coating (Batter):
• 1 cup gram flour (بیسن - ایک کپ)
• ½ cup green coriander, chopped (آدھا کپ ہرا دھنیا)
• 1 tablespoon cooking oil (ایک چمچ کوکنگ آئل)
• ½ teaspoon salt (آدھا چائے کا چمچ نمک)
• ½ teaspoon red chili powder (آدھا چائے کا چمچ سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر)
• ¼ teaspoon baking powder (ایک چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ بیکنگ پاؤڈر)
• ½ teaspoon chaat masala powder (آدھا چائے کا چمچ چاٹ مصالحہ)
• ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder (ایک چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ ہلدی پاؤڈر)

Preparation Steps
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
1. In a mixing bowl, combine:
o Mashed potatoes
o Chopped onions
o Green chilies
o Salt, turmeric, red chili powder, chaat masala, and coriander powder
o Green coriander and mint leaves
