English Recipe:

Ingredients:
• ½ kg potatoes, boiled
• 250 grams of boneless chicken breast, cubed and boiled
• 2 Green chilies, chopped
• 1 small onion, chopped
• Fresh coriander
• 1 large egg for fry
• oil for fry
Spices:
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon red chili
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon Dried Coriander, grilled
• 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions:
1. Into a large mixing bowl, place potatoes, which have been peeled and boiled in salted water, then mashed well.
2. Add 250 grams of boneless chicken which has been boiled for about 15 minutes, in enough water to cover it, and then be shredded.
3. Then combine the onion, green chili, green coriander, salt, red chili, black pepper, dried coriander, grilled, and cumin.
4. Mix everything really well until combined.
5. To cook, shape the mixture into patties.
6. Then take an egg and beat it well.
7. Heat oil in a frying pan.
8. Dip the cutlets in eggs.
9. Shallow fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown on a low flame.
Serve straight away with ketchup and mayonnaise.
