English Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 1 kg milk
• ½ bowl Vermicelli
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• 4 pieces of small green cardamom
• Finely chopped pistachio
• Finely chopped almond
Instructions:
1. In a stockpot, heat up 1 kg milk and boil it.
2. After boiling, add green cardamom and vermicelli and cook on medium flame.
3. After 10 minutes add sugar and almonds and mix well.
4. Turn the heat up to medium and mix.

6. After 2 to 3 boils, the meethi seviyan is ready.
Serve Meethi Seviyan warm, garnish with pistachios and almonds. 🙂
