English Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 1 kg eggplant
• ½ kg yogurt
• 1 medium size onion
• 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
• Fresh green coriander
• ½ cup oil
Spices:
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon of red chili powder
• 1 teaspoon of hot spice powder
Instructions:
1. Start by washing the eggplant. Dry it. Using a knife, cut into 4 slices from the center.
2. Now add hot spice powder to yogurt, mix well, and set aside.
3. In a pan, heat half a cup of oil, add chopped onion, and fry until the onion changes its color.
4. Now add ginger and garlic and fry all of them.
5. After that add all the spices (Quantities are listed in the ingredients) and mix well.
6. Add the eggplants to the mixture and fry on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
7. Now add the yogurt, cover it, and fry on low flame for 20 minutes.
8. After that add some fresh coriander.
