Myanmar: At least 19 people were killed after heavy rains triggered floods in and around the capital city of Naypyidaw. Parts of northern Vietnam, Laos, Thailand and Myanmar have been battling floods and landslides in the wake of Typhoon Yagi, with the death toll standing at 280 or more.
