Title: Stuffed Mushrooms with Chicken Meatballs Recipe by What Shall I Cook

Ingredients:

12 large mushrooms, stems removed
500g ground chicken
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: marinara sauce for serving

Instructions:

Prepare the Mushrooms: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Set the mushroom caps aside and finely chop the stems.
Make the Chicken Meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, finely chopped mushroom stems, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Form the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a tablespoon, and place one meatball into each mushroom cap.
Bake the Stuffed Mushrooms: Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the mushrooms are tender.
Serve: Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a serving platter. You can serve them as is or with a side of warm marinara sauce for dipping.
