In this video we see how to modify a float variable in a certain amount per second, for example we want the variable to increase 5 units per second.
This can be used to make all kinds of changes in time, for example changes in volume, gradual slowing of time, movement of objects, fade out the screen, making a light blink. In this video we will see the principle behind all these actions using a generic example.
