Today’s workout video is centered in our core to lose fat in our stomach and achieve a flat tummy. This workout is a 14-day challenge which means that you have to exercise on a daily basis in the next 2 weeks to actually see results.

This is a 20-min video that aims to work your belly and your lower body while also torching the fat all over your body, making your muscles stronger and improving your body's metabolism!
