A great homemade dish for the whole family - everything is very simple and convenient! No need to fry anything! Being under a dense layer of foil, the products gradually reach readiness, soaked in each other's juices and aromas. The swollen buckwheat remains crumbly, as with traditional cooking, and the chicken meat turns out very tender and soft.
Products:
Chicken legs – 8-10 pieces
Buckwheat – 1.5 cups
Hot water – 2 cups
Carrots – 1 pc.
Onion – 1 pc.
Salt-1.5 teaspoons
Butter – 30 gr.
Marinade:
Sour cream or mayonnaise-4-5 tablespoons
Fresh garlic or in granules-to taste
Spices for chicken – 1 teaspoon
Salt - to taste
Measuring cup = 250 ml.
Bake at t 200 gr. 40 minutes with foil, then 20 minutes without foil.
It is enough to marinate the legs for 30 minutes at room temperature.
