200 gr. sugar
1 cup of 15-20% sour cream (200 ml glass)

130 grams of flour
a pinch of salt
1.5 teaspoons baking
powder 3 tablespoons cocoa
Bake one cake for 12-14 minutes at a temperature of 180 gr. Use a good non-stick parchment.
The size of the baking sheet is 32*40 cm.
Cream:
150 gr. butter (room temperature)
250 gr. condensed milk (room temperature)
250 gr. sour cream 25-30% (can be cold)
You can use any cream.
