Kefir - 1.5 cups

Sour cream – 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Soda – 2/3 teaspoons
Flour - 1.5 cups
Filling:
Minced meat (any) - 300-400 gr. (instead of minced meat, you can put fried sausage)
Onion – 1 pc.
Carrot – 1 pc.
Potatoes - 4-5 small pieces .
Salt, pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
Sesame seeds (optional)
Bake at t 200 gr. 40 minutes.
After baking, it is better to lubricate the cake with butter and cover with a towel.
