hiii !! tuzoia time.
these spiky friends were a genus of bi-valved arthropods. their shell, although it's better to call it caparace, came to be pretty big (180 millimetres or 7.1 in, in the largest) which made them some of the biggest cambrian arthropods !
also, the spikes they have likely functioned to aid stability while swimming :D
i love them, they're such a pretty critter.

the drawing was actually one of the first i did, but i had some issues with it and i decided to tweak some things and re-color it. and now here it is, the silly swimming creature.

for the music, something similar happened. i had it almost finished, and it had lots of piano parts simultaneously playing (well i guess most of my tracks do lol). and then i listened to it again and again and i felt it didn't sound quite good. the composition was nice, but the sound was kinda not. so i changed lots of things while maintaining the core structure, and it turned out like this and now i really like it yay. and i think that that middle section adds a lot to the track, and it feels aquatic :]

i say this mostly to tell you that, it's not like i really know what i'm doing. i kinda know what i want to transmit: what feelings i like to express; but besides that, i'm just lost lol.
i try things and i let myself flow with them. and sometimes (most of the times) i don't like how they sound or look. but sometimes i do, and i move forward and learn from them.
making art is.. weird.

anyway, that's about it for now. as always, i hope you enjoy it, and, if you like, comment what you think about it !!
the joy i get from reading nice comments is one of the best feelings i've experienced T__T
see ya soon💚🌌
