music for bugs - spiny spider
hiya🕸 early on this project i thought that i needed a spider along with the rest of the little bugs because they are like very iconic and pretty, but i couldn't find any spider that would go well with the shape of the others. mostly because i wanted all of the bugs to be kinda chunky and a little round, and the spiders you usually imagine are more like long and large. and then i thought about jumping spiders, but when i tried making drawings of them i didn't like the results so much so i kept thinking, and then i remembered this beautiful genus exist: gasteracantha , aka spiny orb weavers
they are like super original idk. i love the patterns and spikes they have, their face is suuper cute and i like how they move and build webs. cool dudes.
that's it for now, i'm slowly reaching more people with this project and i'm incredibly happy. everytime i get a comment i have like a joy rush, it feels amazing and it makes me want to keep going.
