Dough:
Kefir (preferably 3.2%) - 250 ml. (preferably warm)
Sour cream 20% - 2 tbsp. l
. Yolk - 1 pc.
Salt - 1 tsp
. Sugar - 1 tbsp
. Flour - 400 gr.
Soda 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
This dough is more suitable for fried pies, for baked it is better to use yeast dough.
The filling can be any - meat, mushrooms, mashed potatoes, cabbage, etc.
One of the options for a delicious and inexpensive filling:
Boiled potatoes - 400 gr. (4-5 pieces)
Onions (fried in butter or vegetable oil) - 1 pc.
Dill - a small bunch (optional)
Salt, pepper - to taste
Butter – 40-50 gr.
You can add a little milk to the filling.
1 measuring cup = 250 ml.
1 measuring tablespoon = 15 ml.
1 measuring teaspoon = 5 ml.
