Hi everyone. Aiden here at etrailer. Today, we're gonna be taking a look at the etrailer E-Track roller. It's gonna be a great way to keep some tension on your strap if you have to run it at an odd angle, maybe say, for tying down a car. We've got it hooked up with our generator right now just to show kind of how this works. But, it's gonna be a really helpful tool to have with you with all your tie down loops on your E-track systems.

Let's check it out. So, say for that example of tying down a car, if we have to run this strap over the tire and we've got limited wheel well clearance, this lets us run the strap at a proper angle and maintain tension over that cargo. If we need to have our main tie down or our ratcheting mechanism out in front of the car where it's not gonna be trapped underneath that bumper or in the wheel well or we can't reach it, we can put this Byler right up to the tire or whatever cargo we're tying down, and run it straight over getting a nice strong hold where nothing's gonna move. It can accept a two inch wide strap. So, perfect for the ratchet strap we're using today.

And has a 3,300 pound weight capacity. So, do be sure to check your straps and the E-track and anything else you're using to tie things down and go over the lowest rated component. But, that's what the roller's gonna be rated for. With everything disconnected, you can maybe see a bit better the articulation points you have with this, how the roller can rotate 360 degrees, and pivot along where it's hooked up to either in your E-track or X-track. That steel construction has a yellow zinc coating on there which is gonna help it resist rust and corrosion over time.

If you've got this on a open utility trailer and not an enclosed trailer like we have, you can trust that it's gonna hold up to the elements over time. And just like any other E-track accessory you've got your trigger to open it up, slide it in, and get it locked in place. You can see here, nothing's going anywhere. And that's really all there is to it. It's a really nice addition to all of your tie-down solutions.

Obviously with your E-track or your X-track, you're going to need a actual tie-down loop or point of some sort. And we've got plenty of those options available to work with your E-Track systems. But, as an additional tie-down piece to help you get the proper tension on some tricky to tie down cargo, I think it's gonna be really nice. It's very strong. It'll accept a wide range of different straps. So, if you'd have anything that's a little bit more narrow than two inches, it'll work just fine too. But that's gonna be it for our look at the etrailer roller for your E-Track systems. Thanks for watching.
