A recipe that has been tested for more than one generation. I cook such cookies when there is nothing but milk and butter in the refrigerator. It is prepared quickly, but it turns out very tasty - soft inside and crumbly outside cookies.
Products:
Milk – 100 ml.
Butter – 100 gr.
Egg – 1 pc.
Sugar – 2/3 cup
Salt – a pinch
Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
. Baking powder – 2 tsp
. Flour – 400 gr. (the dough should be very soft, slightly sticky)
Powdered sugar (optional)
1 measuring cup = 250 ml.
The thicker the dough is rolled out, the softer the cookies will turn out.
Bake at t 180 gr. 20 minutes.
From this number of dough I got cookies for exactly one baking sheet.
