“I have always been a fat kid. No matter which grade I went to I was always the biggest.
I even got used to being called names like Golu and Motu by my friends and family.
I tried many many diets like Detox, GM , IF , Keto and even visited a fat a clinic that promised to help me lose weight my mobilising my fat 🙄.
By the time I entered junior college I had given up hope . I was drinking almost every weekend and binging on food at night. I even struggled with sleep because of my lifestyle and bad eating patterns.
Over time I reached a whooping 85kgs. I just didn’t recognise myself in the mirror. I was smiling on the outside but on the inside I was struggling with myself.
I realised it was time to do something about it. I started small ..… eventually I understood the importance of strength training and a calorie deficit diet .
I had my fair share of ups and downs during my journey. But My buddy Bharat was always there following up with me and helping me get back. I found ways to incorporate foods I love into my meal plan while still being on a caloric deficit
Bharat even helped me a TON with my exercise form and techquie all while patiently explaining any queries I had. I cannot thank him enough for all the strength gains I have made during my time working with him 😍! He is an awesome coach !!
I even had a calendar to keep track of my consistency which I would keep at 80% with both my food and exercise.
Over time the magic played out .. in a year I lost 25 kgs and I was more confident than ever. Today these habits have helped me build a healthy lifestyle.
