“When i started my #fatloss journey it was all about looking a certain way or losing some x number of kilos in x amount of time and i got so desperate that i downloaded an app called get 6 pack in 30 days.
Yes i was that stupid. And that lead me to an ACL tear. It was like a nightmare come true.
It was this moment when i decided to learn more about nutrition and exercises.
After a year of strenuous rehab and learning, i started my #fatlossjourney. I started taking care of my calories and macros and lost 22 kgs in a span of a year.
As i progressed and was introduced to the magical world of strength training, i realised that our bodies are capable of doing so much and yet we are always so dissatisfied with it..
Like everybody else all i wanted was 6 packs. Obviously i knew nothing about the perks of having a strong core back then.
One of the main reasons i had back pain was because of my weak core ,it did not magically disappear. I worked on it.
As a matter of fact , if we are consistent and patient enough 6 packs will follow eventually.
There is no harm in wanting it .The problem was that i was so obsessed with it that i did not care about anything else . Instead of being obsessed with it ,i started being obsessed with getting “stronger than yesterday”.
Strength gain krne ke peeche bhago bachha, aesthetics jhakk maar ke peeche ayegi.😁And this is exactly what I did.
In the past 10 years i have transformed for 4 times but i know that this time it’s permanent because it’s finally not all or none approach but it’s somewhere in between . Something i can follow for the rest of my life and not just for few months or a year.
